Samplecraze Compression Tutorials Parts 1 & 2

This app is a collaboration between Samplecraze and Zombie Design.

Samplecraze have a background in sound design for companies such as Emu, Propellerheads and Native Instruments, offer a comprehensive range of their own sample packs and construction kits, while their sounds already feature on lots of chart hits. They have also written independent film scores, theatre sound tracks, and produced remixes for artists such as Busta Rhymes.

There are already many Samplecraze students around the world improving their audio skills via 1-2-1 Tuition, but now Samplecraze are offering a new series of pre-recorded audio production tutorials covering a wide range of subjects such as Sound Design and Synthesis, Audio Recording, Mixing and Production Techniques, so that everyone can reap the benefits. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so a video tutorial must be one of the most effective teaching methods ever devised!

Cucina Top Banana Cards

Cucina Restaurants specialize in setting new benchmarks within the Food Service in Education and in Business.

They have created a 'Top Trump' style pack of cards featuring a recipe and how to make it on each card. Their 'Top Banana' cards are aimed at teaching children and young adults how to cook.

Zombie Design are helping Cucina port these cards on to the iPhone platform.

iGolfGuideUK & iGolfGuideUS

With comprehensive details of over 14,900 in the US version and 2,866 golf courses in the UK version, iGolfGuide has been developed to include all the essential features you would expect in a golf course directory and many more.

For the UK version we have also partnered with 2Fore1 and feature almost 900 courses that accept their vouchers, which will enable you to play some of the best golf courses in the country at half price.

iGolfGuide can benefit every type of golfer, including the experienced Pro, the golf tourist and the fair weather amateur. This app can help your game in many different ways; from planning your summer golf trips and competitions to helping you around the course.

How We Work

1As you probably know, there are more than 150,000 Apps on the App Store. We need to find out about your App ideas. Free or paid for, is it going to extend your services into the mobile platform or is it for an information service etc?

2Once we have figured out what type of App you are trying to create we can then go through how it will work and engage your audience. This will help us work out how we will build the App.

3We put our heads together and build your brief based on what you have told us. This enables us to create a quote and estimated development time.

4After the brief has been nailed down between you and us and the quote has been accepted we start to put App concepts together. We storyboard each screen of your App and how it flows. We then work through these until all is agreed.

5Now it's time to get to work and start the coding. When we develop Apps in stages or sprints. This allows us to compile a list of functionality to include in order to complete a particular stage in development. We aim, at the end of each stage to have a working App. Although the App may be not finished, it will allow us to show you the client the development progress.

6After all the development stages have been completed and you are satisfied with your App we will be ready to submit to Apple. Apple need to verify that the App conforms to their 'Human Interface Guide' etc. Once Apple have reviewed and approved, the App get's released to the App store, job done!
